By downloading or using Allergy Card, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Allergy Cardをダウンロードまたは使用することにより、本利用規約に同意したものとみなします。同意いただけない場合は、アプリをご使用いただけません。

2. Service Description

Allergy Card is a mobile application that allows users to create and display allergen cards in 39 languages. The app is designed to help communicate food allergies when traveling internationally.

Allergy Cardは、39言語でアレルゲンカードを作成・表示するモバイルアプリです。海外旅行時の食物アレルギーの伝達をサポートすることを目的としています。

3. Medical Disclaimer

Allergy Card is an informational tool only and does not constitute medical advice. The app is not a substitute for professional medical consultation. We are not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from use or misuse of the app. Always consult a medical professional for allergy management.

Allergy Cardは情報提供ツールであり、医療アドバイスを構成するものではありません。本アプリは医療専門家への相談の代替となるものではありません。アプリの使用または誤用による健康上の影響について、当社は一切の責任を負いません。アレルギー管理については必ず医療専門家にご相談ください。

4. Subscription

Premium features are available through a monthly subscription ($3.99/month) or annual subscription ($27.99/year).

- Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase

- Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

プレミアム機能は月額サブスクリプション（$3.99/月）または年額サブスクリプション（$27.99/年）でご利用いただけます。

- サブスクリプションは、現在の期間終了の24時間前までにキャンセルしない限り、自動的に更新されます

- 購入の確認時にApple IDアカウントに料金が請求されます

- サブスクリプションの管理はApple IDアカウント設定から行えます

5. Prohibited Uses

- Reverse engineering or modifying the app

- Using the app for illegal purposes

- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems

第5条（禁止事項）

- アプリのリバースエンジニアリングまたは改変

- 違法な目的でのアプリの使用

- 当社システムへの不正アクセスの試み

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, crelve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
